This is probably a 4.5 to 5 star read for me, except that the stories are not in chronological order and it drives me a little crazy. They're probably in published order? But seeing as these are all stories related to an existing series and they would make no sense to someone who hasn't at least read the Parasol Protectorate series, it makes more sense to put them in chronological order instead of published order. Especially because the order they are in is reverse chronological. So it loses one star for that.

Thank you thank you thank you, Ms. Gail! Finally we get the hedgehog incident, and in such a beautiful volume with these other great stories. I've said it before and I'll say it again and again. If Gail Carriger writes it, I'll buy it, I'll read it, and I'll most likely love it.

I am trying to read the entire series in chronological order, and had to pause after reading two of the three included novellas. I will be coming back to this one soon.

After finishing Manners & Mutiny and getting a sense of Sophronia and Soap relationship this was so much more bittersweet for me as a reader to see how they have stayed together and how they help each other out in missions! Love it! Awe Gail did us good with this Meat Cute! I do wish it was longer but it makes me want to start with Alexia and Conall story again! Love it! A must read for fans of Gail Parasol universe!
