Read as audio book. Slow but good story. OG bible stories are always so nuts to me…
hopeful mysterious medium-paced

Super interesting retelling

never read biblical fiction and it was interesting....I enjoyed it much more than I expected. I felt that the fact that the story centered around women was a big plus.

DID NOT FINISH: 2%

The book is read by a woman who has a beautiful narration quality.  The book itself is a fantastical representation on a religious figure, which normally i would love. Some features felt off in the description, similar to a Mormons scientology Bible. Then I looked at the cover and saw a white pale girl as the coverlette. So, I will not be reading this.

Did not love it the second time ...
