Ngl this book felt waaaay to long and drawn out. The amount of times I wanted to just shake this woman. Pretty sure I've known where the breadcrumbs are leading, since book one, so it sucks that it feels like it's taking forever for the authors to give us more detailed info 😅
I'm going to keep reading the series but idk how invested I really feel tbh.

You know when you're reading a book and you have this feeling of how it is going to unfold, and you imagine a way you hope or expect the story continues... BUT THEN that expectation is twisted and turned into something sooooo much better than you could have dreamed - yeah well, this was exactly that for me!
The storyline had me on edge the entire time, the character development was prefection, the spice... well that stepped up a notch too - I had to master my "reading smut in public face" very quickly while reading this!
We find out more about Rosie - who I still just vibe with so much as that bestie you love gossiping with about the huge.... *personalities* of the men she's seeing... and sometimes you just want to slap the stupid out of her... but she's still ya gal you'll always be rooting for!
And yet after all the questions that were finally answered from the first book, and such sweeeet revenge and resolutions, there is still so much more I am looking forward to finding out in the NEXT book, I just wish I could keep reading now!
I said this after reading the first book and I still stand by it now, there is just somethingggg about my boy Caspian I cannot let go of and I'm ALREADY dyinggggg for more my thorny Prince!
