A way too real literary train wreck, a satire on race, cancel culture, and the publishing industry… Anxiety inducing and fast paced. Worth the panic attacks. No likeable characters, no good guys here, but a good story!

oh wow!! definitely not what at all I thought would happen but this book did its job! I also think that the topics of race and stereotypes in the literature industry was compelling to read. I know I already said “wow” but I think June was written perfectly well for what she represented.
