📖 ***Book Review***

This book was highly entertaining and scratched every one of my historical fiction needs. Evil villains ✔️ impoverished urchins who make good✔️ great pacing, amazing plot, twists and turns, loveable characters you really wanted to root for and just enough mystery that I almost figured it out right before the big reveal !!!! (but alas...not what I thought). This was compared to Dickens and I can see why. I loved every minute of it!!!!!
Overall 4.8/5 stars for this one.

Found this hard to follow (too many named characters) and slow for the last half of the book. Not as enjoyable as her first two books. First half was stronger. Could have been shorter and needs more editing.
