spoke too soon this is way worse. They are the most unlikeable main characters I have ever read about and the writing is atrocious. I wish I could say this is bad good but it is just so bad... I have now blocked the author on tik tok because no matter how many times I would put uninterested she would come up. The characters are freeing themselves from religious trama and i  have freed myself from her videos so small wins.

This was a new author to me and I received this as an Arc. I went in blind (as I do with most books) The one line on the cover drew me in. ‘Shes a sinner and im going to prove it’.

This story follows Vanessa, that grew up in a purity culture. This is the second book in the series and I havent read the first so would def say this can be read as a standalone. She wants rid of her virginity and isnt aftaid to admit it. She has a huge following on tiktok and announces that she has a deadline to ‘do it’. Vanessa was a strong fmc, always spoke her mind. She was realistic, honest. She understood body language and how othters worked and their intentions.
Carter. The campus bad boy. That has A LOT of experience in the bedroom. He had a past that he didnt share easily. He was kinda what made this a slow burn for me. He was a trust fund kid, but actually has the biggest heart. Regardless of his reputation. He is the definition of a golden retriever.
He falls first and hard. He watches her online and admires her from afar but when he actually meets her. Its as if the earth shifts. He has these feelings from nowhere that he doesn’t recognise and doesn’t know how to deal with them.

We get lots of ‘youre mine’, desire, cravings, lust.. the sexual chemistry was

the premise of the book was pretty good honestly, really entertaining, but every time the word tiktok was used I wanted to jump off a building.

If this book didn't repeat itself so much I would have given this more stars...
