The relationship itself was super cute and the spice was excellent but everything else felt so cheap and unrealistic, especially the "Mean Girls". I feel like the mean girls IN "Mean Girls" were more realistic 😂

Also the "45 y/o man with a 23 y/o daughter dating a 28 y/o" 🤮🤮🤮

It's still a good read but it's nowhere near Tis' The Season"-levels

Sadly I did not enjoy this book. I felt like I was back in high school. The plot focused way more on the heroine’s revenge on the “mean girls” than the romance. I enjoyed Zach (the 2 stars are for him), Camile felt so immature to me. Of the 4 Morgan Elizabeth books, I’ve only enjoyed 1. I think I’m calling it quits on this author’s books.

loved this SO much. the representation was EVERYTHINGGGG. especially coming from someone who’s in an interracial relationship. so, very, extremely obsessed with this. morgan does it again!

I read ‘Tis the Season for Revenge when it came out in December last year. I instantly loved it and wanted more Cami. I understand some people don’t care for her but I loved her. Also love that we get more Abbie and Damien in the second book. I literally finished Cruel Summer in 24 Hours. Tell me that Jay Harrington is not the perfect Zachary

I really enjoyed it. Some of the let names were cringy like ‘daddy’. 
I loved the whole revenge plot line and of course the return of Damien and Abbie. Zachary Anderson was an amazing character such an adorable boyfriend who is top tier. Everyone deserves a Zachary Anderson.
