I was not expecting the turns in this volume. I am not sure where it can go from here.

Am I mistaken in thinking these are Nazi-era Japanese army dudes?

Silly me thinking this volume would be the end of the series! Well, all caught up – and now 100% invested in the fates of these characters. Bring on the next one … what? I have to wait until March? And then July for #7? Noooooooo!!!

It feels like they are finally finding a bit of focus in the series. Things continue to go off the rails but the main story/world are starting to knit together in interesting ways.

Wow this issue was crazy! This is the issue where everything comes to a head and blows up (not literally). The bad guys make their move against the residents and it isn't pretty. Isaiah is lost for most of the issue but with Karen comes out strong and okay. Sad moments that I did not expect. Really great story and good graphics.
