Sinceramente esperaba más. Creo que me gusta más la película. Pese a eso debo decir que la fantasía del libro es divertida y original, he llegado a reírme en varios momentos por las ocurrencias de algunos personajes.
Whimsically loony. But, knowing what the author did, my experience of reading the book was heavily marred, and I believe I would have enjoyed it better if I didn't have that information.

Such a magic and charming tale. I really enjoyed how whimsical it was, and the beautiful illustrations just enhanced the world and the reading experience.

Ein süßer kinderfreundlicher Klassiker. Leider hat sich die Handlung zwischendrin ein wenig repetitiv angefühlt, wohingegen das Ende dann doch zu abrupt kam. Ansonsten wirklich schön für zwischendurch.
This is probably more of a 3.5. I really liked this even though it was crazy and didn't make much sense. I think I would have absolutely loved it if I had read it as a child though!!

Honestly, I had a better time then I thought I would. It’s a classic so I thought I’d be deep analyzing and taking in the plot, but honestly the book came back at me and said, what plot? I caught myself laughing and having so much fun. Alice is so different from the cartoon or live adaptation, and she’s honestly great. I can’t tell if she’s just a child with an attention span of a fish, or a cold hearted child psychopath. I can definitely see myself rereading again in the future, and having just as much fun.
