A fun and fast paced adventure that brings together unlikely heroes and a new alternate reality of art. A great chapter book for middle grade readers who are ready for adventure storytelling.

I rated this 5 stars because, a)it was one of a kind, and b)I loved every part of it! What I really liked was that included beautiful illustrations, because usually books from my age don't have illustrations. I also loved how heartwarming and fast-paced the storyline was, and the vents flowed together nicely. I really liked Little-Bit, who is Peanut's younger sister. She's only 5 but is very clever and loves to solve ciphers and puzzles. I'm looking out for the next one in the series!

This is a fabulous kids adventure story. You couldn't help but love the main characters and the setting for the story was great. There were lots of art history references for the older reader to get as well. The story was so well written. I thought the short chapters worked really well and the author was king of the cliff hanger with nearly every chapter leaving you wanting to read the next one. The illustrations throughout really added a special touch to the book as well.

I loved reading this with my kid (he loved it too) and we both cannot wait to pick up the next one.
