From the moment I read the synopsis, I knew this book had all the ingredients for a fantastic read: rich people behaving badly? Check. Scandal? Check. A tangled web of secrets and lies? Check. And a second-chance romance? Double check! I was not disappointed.

Rowan, Natalie, and Harrison are authentic and relatable, creating a dynamic that keeps you invested in their journey. This estranged family is thrown into chaos as they try to uncover the truth behind the murder, and the unexpected twists kept me guessing until the very end. I found myself rooting for them to reconnect amid the turmoil.

The setting is another highlight of the story. The eerie, haunted Wincott mansion, with its hidden secrets and ghostly presence, adds a thrilling layer of suspense that enhances the overall experience. You can practically feel the atmosphere come alive as you turn the pages.

Don’t miss this twisty, binge-worthy thriller! If you enjoyed Sarina Bowen’s thriller debut, The Five Year Lie, then Dying to Meet You is an absolute must-read.

I enjoyed Dying to Meet You, and would recommend the audio book to anyone wanting a quick read with great narrators. It was engaging and “page-turning” - in quotes because audio but I kept listening whenever I had time.

I did figure out who did it earlier than I usually do, but it didn’t take away from the story because I wanted to hear how it all unfolded. Unfortunately, the explanations didn’t entirely make sense to me. And the last chapter… sigh. But it was a great listen and I do recommend it for an easy listen!

Thank you HarperAudio Adult and NetGalley for a copy in exchange for my honest review.

This was good my theory changed all the time and I totally did not suspect Beatrice.

I did get a sense of thrill- especially learning about the Mansions history. I wished we dived more into it! >.< I wanted to see the drama of it all play out to the public in real time. I wish the story burned a bit more towards the end, but once we found out Beatrice’s involvement it kinda just wrapped up and left me in a rather “oh, that’s it?” Overall enjoyed reading the book, finished it in a day!

I definitely wasn’t sure who the killer was until near the end, so props to the author for that. Bowen’s books always take a turn where I’m not sure what the genre of the books are, but I enjoy them all the same. Would recommend this author’s books, *especially* the audiobooks narrated by Kathleen Early.
