Minor: Body shaming

Not feeling up to writing a review, but adding Body Shaming as a minor CW, for this unnecessary and mean-spirited description of a person shearing a sheep at Woolfest in the UK: "Paul wore a buzz cut, he was ash blonde, and his ears stuck way out. He was tall and lean and strong. He had wide cheekbones and was very pale. He looked like you could find him smoking menthols outside a gas station." Who would appreciate being described thus, in print, forever? It really seemed out of place and unkind.
