I thought this was just going to be a light hearted, whatever romance but I should have known better. Tal Bauer brings all the feels and had me verklempt or shedding tears for the last 20% The tension and pacing were excellent

Okay, this book was so good, I felt super connected to the characters and really loved the way everything fell into place for them. Beautifully written story and message about family and finding love when you least expect it. Read it on Kindle and going to buy the physical book

Loved this book 😭😍🥺♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ the found family aspect of It really warmed my heart😭.
The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because it's a sports romance and cause of that I couldn't experience it to the cause I don't understand football. Also, because I wish we had at least one chapter where we had landon's Pov 😕😩, would have loved to see when he fell for Luke, After that nine tasting date as well😩😩😩
Riley was messy yho💀✋🏾🙄, her not telling the dad about the football tickets, her throwing the food Luke cooked, her making Luke feel bad about him not knowing football when he was trying to learn💔😕
- Luke I'M glad he snapped out of it and decided to try with his boy cause Emmet was going through It yho🙆🏾♀️😕
- favourite part was when they wereat the wine resturant and Luke was describing Landon😭♥️🥺 motho ari he was a Splash of colour in a world of black and white♥️😭😭😭, and that part where he was like Landon isa part of him, he is the untapped undiscovered hidden parts of luke😭♥️😭♥️😭♥️😭.
- Also when Luke drew Landon after the wine date😭♥️🥺, when he went shopping to look for landon😂♥️🥺 And when Emmet drew both his dads kissing😭😭😭
I loved how there was no" gay panic" when Luke realised he had feelings for landon. He didn't try and run away from them. when they kissed , he did'nt say it's a mistake. he followed landon and stood on business‼️‼️‼️‼️
- would have loved to have gotten Landon's Pov after the kiss, when he ran home, So we can better understand his reaction, to have more information on the horrible love experiences that the kiss triggered😕.
- Loved Bowen and Emmet's friendship. the "For the fans" PTSD ya di Stepbrother had me worried that those two might try nonsense 😭😂
