Very funny.

This was disappointing. It completely relies on the idea of a Hanar with guns and quips being funny, but that loses its edge shortly if nothing else entertaining happens. To write comedy, one must first be humorous.

Blasto doing the Hanar-with-multiple-guns equivalent of a roundhouse kick lives in my mind rent free. All jokes aside: definitely one of the better Mass Effect comics, as it feels like a proper addition to the universe rather than just a randomly picked scene that is fleshed out over a couple of panels. Now I really wish I could read an elcor Hamlet, biotic god or Grunt in the Citadel DLC comic, because dang. That sounds like fun.

Just think about this for a second. A Hanar as James Bond.

I know it shouldn't work.

It just does.

"Does it feel fortunate? Do you, scum?"
Despite it being so short this is just awesome. Anyone who has played the Mass Effect games has probably seen the odd poster here and there of Blasto the Hanar. Well thanks to an inside joke blowing up we now have a short one shot graphic novel that puts us directly into Blasto's latest. It's pretty funny and I definitely think it's worth checking out if you like the game series.
