Not bad
I was hoping for an extensive explanation of how someone so clearly awful as Trump is so popular in certain circles, and how to help people escape. There's a little of that, but not as much as I hoped. This is mostly actually a historical accounting of Trump's behavior through part of his first term, showing some of his awfulness.

Honestly everyone needs to listen to this. I was so angry in a good(?) way. I hate how this book has gotten more relevant since it was originally published.

I am fortunate to have surrounded myself with people of diverse thoughts. However, I think this book is great if you need help or need to help a family member diversify their views.

At the end of reading to this book I found out that the author is a staunch Zionist. I generally try to vet the authors I read and platform, but for sometimes I don't have the energy.
I've been saying for years that MAGA is like a cult and I was really excited to see that view confirmed. But I cannot
support this author. It is also tragic that someone that has based his career on recognizing cults, isn't able to see that zionism is a cult as well…
The book itself is quite good, but I just cannot oversee the fact that the author openly dehumanizes Palestinians and minimizes the genocide Israel has been perpetrating since 75+ years.

A bit repetitive, but a a short, informative read.
