Would you two just fucking kiss and get it over with?! I can't take it!!
FINALLY!!!
Ida finally told Aoki how he feels. it feels like it took him over 200 years to confuse, but I’m really happy he had time to think it over and not just jump into a relationship. #idaandakioforlife

This is my least favorite volume in the series so far since it felt repetitive and not much happens. Aoki's overthinking and dramatic reactions are starting to get on my nerves. His abrupt, melodramatic departures from conversations is a character flaw that doesn't seem to be improving anytime soon and it's making me impatient.
With that said, the series continues to excel with the depictions of facial reactions, comedic beats and wholesome friendships. Although I felt like this volume didn't offer anything in terms of furthering character friendships or relationships, I couldn't help but chuckle at some of the panels. I would still recommend this series based on what I've read but I feel like we need more momentum and some self-awareness at this point in the story.
