Cannot get over how cute this series is. In this volume we can see Aoki’s anxiety about what others might think of a same-sex couple, which is refreshing but also quite sad. Cannot wait to continue and see what happens to all these characters (because the ending, like what?)

everyone on goodreads saying this was a step down or not dramatic enough can catch these fucking hands. these boys have the collective EQ of a toddler and they gotta take their own pace. these kids deserve the world and I Will Die On That Hill

also real talk, this came out like knee-deep in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. i'm sure that played an influence on the author and artist keeping this volume p cute and light. i doubt they wanted to add in more tension in their lives at the time

I am loving this series! I enjoyed the progress that Aoki and Ida made (along with their friends) near the end to figure out their feelings towards one another. The humor that shows up at random moments are the best and I seriously can’t wait to pick up the next volume to see what continues for the pair ❤️
