This book was a 4 ⭐️ but like, the whole vibe was 5.

If you know me, you know this is exactly what I love: cheesy Christmas love stories. I absolutely live for this!

This is like a Hallmark Christmas movie and there’s nothing I love more in life!

Kira is our typical rich/always get away with everything/grumpy FMC. She’s having a life crisis and decides to move to Dream Harbor in hopes of finding who she is outside of her twin’s shadows. But what she actually finds is a small town full of curious and gossiping people, that are dying to know more about the new owner of the towns Christmas Tree Farm. She’s a little annoying in the beginning but I soon learned to love her when I understood the journey she was on. She always had someone to do everything for her, always someone cleaning up her messes and now she wanted to actually grow up and be her own person and actually do something she was proud of.

And then we have Bennett, our Prince Charming, the guy that is always ready to rescue someone, anyone in need. He finds validation in being needed, he can’t say no, and man, I can relate to him so much. He’s trying to break the pattern, he’s trying to think of himself first before putting other people’s needs above his.

And when they meet each other we’re gifted with this perfect imperfect couple. He wants to help, she wants to do it herself. He lets her grow and be independent without her feeling lonely, and she shows him that he’s loved even when he’s not needed, but that he can always care for the ones he loves without being scared of being used.

I love them both so much. I thought it was a great holiday read and recommend it to anyone who wants something to warm their hearts!

Heel cozy en leest makkelijk weg. Perfect voor de feestdagen

Laurie made my heart melt with Bennett. I loved his personality and his charm. I also like how he differed from nice guy to up front when he needed to if you know what I mean.  I liked Kira's growth throughout and learning her backstory.  Can't wait for what is next.
