According to Overdrive/Libby I've never listened to this.
According to Goodreads I've never read this.

I have very strong memories of this entire book. So IDK. I'm confused.

Entertaining pulp with good characters.

I read the kindle version and some occasional homophone typos were irritating (affect -> effect, sight -> site, etc.)
adventurous fast-paced

Not my usual type of book I read, but it was a fun light read. I can see why folks like this series

Excellent book.

Very entertaining. I loved the characters, the setting descriptions, the twists in the plot. Serious subject matter, but there's a lot of humor here as well. I will definitely continue with the series of novels.

I’m not a huge mystery girl, and even less a country western type. But The Cold Dish was written in a fast but intricate way that gave a lot of depth to its characters and setting. I gave it 3 stars but to the right audience I could see why a person would give it a much higher score.

I can definitely see why Longmire's gritty character and his crew made up a rich source of content for the small screen. Plenty of Denver references to keep the locals happy; lots of western motifs for all to enjoy.
