one of my favourite series, everyone should read this.
The second hunger games for the victors
was such an amazing and unexpected twist. Also, Peeta and Katniss are *chefs kiss*. Gale should die or something

I initially DNF'd this book, but I eventually just had to continue reading months later. Science Fiction and Dystopian are two of my least favorite genres so that didn't help my experience.

I can see why Katniss Everdeen is so beloved among the reading community. She truly is a one-of-a-kind protagonist. Although, I'm a bit fed up with the Not Like Other Girls trope. :/

I also appreciate how the romance takes its place on the back burner. It lines up with Katniss's character and the plot. She honestly has better things to do.
