The series continues. Didn't find this quite as enthralling as the first book, but that's probably just because the first is SO GOOD that nothing in the series could beat it for me (movies are another story). Still highly engaging and intense nonetheless. Love the new characters we are introduced to, especially Finnick. So good!

Need a stronger answer option than yes for the question “did you find the characters lovable?” I need the option: I would die for them. I would volunteer for tribute for them. I love Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark and Finnick Odair and Johanna Mason and Mags and Wiress and Beetie and Haymitch and Effie and ugh they’re perfect and catching fire is perfect. End of review. 

Also thought about knocking .5 off for the G*le kisses and Katniss’ confusion but honestly not gonna let that get to me. #teampeeta til I die
