Excellent story of the likes of James Rollins and Clive Cussler. A high-stakes antiquities dealer and his team make their way through the mountains of Peruvian jungle to find the reason for his son's death and the rest of the team that was presumably left behind. Only, they encounter what they would had never expected: ancient tribes, mysterious creatures, and antagonistic mercenaries. A bit lengthy (over 400 pages) and at times a bit slow. But, always full of adventure, mystery, and thrills. Culminating with a fight for survival at the end. Who will win and who will lose? Read this terrific story and find out. I highly recommend this author and his stories. Looking forward to reading more by him soon.

I dont know why i put this on my TBR. It wasn't my thing at all. Too much description could have been 100 pages shorter
