Once again Kathryn Moon makes a masterpiece of a soft story with in depth characters that makes wonderful ride.

"Be my pretty deity, petal. For your cunt is divine, and so is your mouth. Because you sing like an angel as you come on my cock and make me see the heavens."

I'm not sure what I expected, but I loved it anyway!
I'm fairly new to monster/paranormal romances, but the reviews hooked me.
I'll start off by saying the content of the book is mostly smut. If that's not your thing you should just skip it. If it is, or you think it might be, you should definitely give this a shot!
While I I actually didn't love all of the games Sunny (FMC) and Khell (MMC) played (calling him "beast" was just icky for me), I really enjoyed how it was all handled, and how it really felt like both Sunny and Khell were learning more about themselves during said sex games. Ultimately I think Sunny's journey to sexual empowerment was what I loved the most, even if her kinks weren't always mine.
I also especially l loved that Sunny was a plus size FMC whose entire personality didn't revolve around her weight or insecurities. Her body was just her body. She didn't shy away from showing it, and Khell found her/her body desirable exactly as is.
I also HIGHLY appreciated the respect given to sex workers. It wasn't something that Khell was ashamed of, and there was never a moment when I felt sex work was judged.
