I have to admit to surprise at liking this so much. This was one we bought because my partner wanted to read it, and we have very different preferences when it comes to comic books. But this one, at least from this introduction, seems like it might turn into something I will enjoy. I'll be eager to see issue #1 when it arrives!

Like with Fiona Staples's art in Saga, I felt an immediate connection with the characters. Romina Moranelli's characters are original and charming, the slightly sexually dimorphic design is intriguing and the world creation really works. The story is in the beggining and this #0 edition is enough to tease the apetite for the whole series.
