One of the latest recent check-outs from the library. Very cute, funny story of a bookworm bunny who goes against the grain of his pirate dad and his friends. The books are the heroes in the end!

"Shout 'Shiver me timbers!'" Black Ear ordered.
"I'd rather finish this chapter," said Henry.

That basically sums up my entire life. I'd always rather finish this chapter.

Awesome book about a misunderstood bunny who reads all the time and his relationship with his pirate father. In the end, the books save the day!

What happens when a pirate has a bookworm for a son... readers of all ages may appreciate this!

It's great with the pirate puns and the protagonist who would rather have his nose in a book than fight with his shipmates. Love it! 4 1/2 stars.

A fun adventure for book lovers who also love buccaneers. I think this will be a hit with my favorite little pirate.

I love this series. There is just something that about a bunny that would rather be reading than doing dastardly deeds that just gets to me. And all his book learnin' pays off in the end. As it should.
