A fun take on the Merry Men post-Robin Hood with a cute and simple plot, featuring some good representation, and a handful of more dramatic beats to balance out the humour and give us some proper stakes to care about.

I love the queer representation in this book! You see it obviously in Clem and Mariel relationships, but is the other main characters in the book. I love how it is studle showing how it is not even a question to use that pronoun for them.

The out of pocket comments and banter is also so very funny. I loved all the characters so much and would not mind more of their story or more from this universe.
