I received an ARC from a Library Convention this summer so I won't go into too many details. This honestly was not one of my favorite Larry books. However, I did enjoy it, especially at the end. I can't wait to see what may be in Larry's future.
This was okay, but I would recommend her first two "Larry" books. I like the concept of "what is reality," but there were a few too many unbelievable twists in this book. I have enjoyed the characters through the other two books, so I felt a little let down with this book. Besides, I'm ready for Larry and Beth to get together already.
2.5 just because I DO like Larry...but overall this book was a hot mess. Too far..too far.
I got what you're doing hear Janet Tashjan...making a statement about how our whole reality is a fabrication, but it felt like a lie and a waste of time.
Whatever I was expecting, Larry and the Meaning of Life was definetly not what I was expecting. I haven't read the other two books in the series, but that didn't seem to matter. There were still Larry's funny footnotes if I ever got lost (which wasn't a lot). Larry's voice is really funny. There weren't many serious parts in this book, instead I was laughing most of the time.
However, the story was just really unrealistic. I cannot see this happening to anybody. Ever. That was really the only downside to this book.

The twists are truly the most stunning ever! Absolutely loved it and would have never seen them coming. Still hilarious to read too!
