4.5 stars - I just love how Renee tells her stories and how she pulls me into them from the get go - I've read four of her books so far, and each was so captivating that I just couldn't put them down, nor choose the favorite. Each is special in their own way. Looking forward to her next books, and hope they'll be just as good as the ones I already read.

i guess i had high expectations for this... and i was certain for the first 40% that i would rate this 4 or 5 stars. but then she started cheating and justified her reasons for doing so... meanwhile the guy was literally going through an addition. idk, that got wrapped up too nicely.
THIS AUTHOR!!!! Before we were strangers was my first ever 5 star read and now this is my second. I am blown away by this author, LOVED THIS BOOK. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. I literally could not put it down. The characters were wonderful, the story was fantastic, I loved every second of it. I borrowed this book from a friend but now I have to buy it because it was just too good. Literally my new favorite. Thank you Renée Carlino for this masterpiece.
