Reckless Games is not what I expected. I know this is novella. The story is short. Min of drama/ twist. Just straight forward NA romance.
Miss Cotton teased us with a very good opening. I was hooked. Then after the first half, everything went downhill. At the end, I was disappointed with how the story played out.

Bryan and Carrie-Ann are total opposites.
Bryan was popular while Carrie-Ann wasn’t, Carrie-Ann didn’t fit in with any of the groups, while Bryan was part of the popular crowd that everyone loved. For a minute Carrie-Ann thought she liked him, but then remembered he was popular and a football player, which she hated.
Bryan knew Carrie-Ann and never thought anything of it she was just there not part of his crowd.
Then they got pushed together when Bryan offered to help with a project and although they hate each other Bryan soon realises that he doesn’t hate Carrie-Ann as much as he thought and sets about to make up for how he’s hurt her.

i really like them as characters but i just felt like it needed to be a full book because they hated each other and then were saying they loved each other in like a day wth. Like they had potential but it was way too fast and they were way too into each other so fast.
as i read: relate to carrie-anne a little too much. i want bryan to stop thinking so much about peyton. okay no chance would they have slept together that early. it doesn’t remake sense how fast they went from 0 to 100 but bryan is also like that guy to do that so idk. this being a full boon could’ve been so good but like they botha smitten they liked each other and then he was like i’m in love with u no one look at her. sorcha coming on to bryan makes no sense.
