A fun, immensely entertaining adventure in the style of a D&D campaign. Fans of the game will enjoy not only the story itself but the asides referencing the rules and mechanics of D&D.
Volume 2 of Dungeons & Dragons Classics is just as entertaining as was Volume 1, very inventive, cleverly and weirdly plotted, very evocative of a creative homebrew session of the game. Different team-ups of characters make for a nice array of development and interaction. The monsters and settings and magic and action all are quite fun.
Another visit with old friends . . .
I had enjoyed volume 1, and volume 2 was almost as good. I see that volume 4 is available for Kindle Fire too, but volume 3 is not. That is so strange and illogical, it hurts my brain . . .

More enjoyable than the first volume. Continues with the Saturday morning cartoon feel, glam rock stylings and shoulder pads that'll put your eye out. Unfortunately, some of the story feels tone deaf, at best. Although this is a comic suitable for children, the black street girl being betrayed by a trusted adult and sold into slavery was not a good idea.
