Absolute feel-good book! Josh & Hazel are so oblivious to their obvious feelings for each other that I'd be simply annoyed if it was anyone else — but it's Josh & Hazel (and I love them as much as they love each other <3) I wasn't the biggest fan of the pacing at the end of the book but other than that, I really enjoyed every part of it!

This would have a slightly higher rating if it hadn’t had so much sexual content in  it.

This probably isn’t a book for someone who wants a really rational story with incredibly realistic characters. Hazel was a lot of fun, but she might have been a little bit exaggerated for the sake of the story (exaggerated? Is that the right word?). Thankfully, I don’t mind that at all and I just had a good time—When I wasn’t flipping through sex scenes trying to shield my eyes, that is.

i thoroughly enjoyed this book, and i really liked both of the main characters personalities. i loved eccentric, bubbly Hazel-to a niche subset of people (me) she’s definitely relatable. Josh had many qualities that made him stand out a bit, and i was thankful the author didn’t just brush over his and Emily’s culture & ethnicity. SPOILER < this is one of few books that i think included the pregnancy trope well, and made for a decent plot twist >

the relationship was adorable and i read the whole book in a day, making it a short and great read- i highly recommend!

The first 75% was fine, 3 stars probably - your usual romcom fluff. I didn't find Hazel annoying as some other readers did, the premise is good, and the writing style is sharp and flows nicely, which all contributes to the 0.25 stars I am giving it. But the ending is so out-of-the-blue, forced, and frankly horrendous that I seriously considered leaving it at 0 stars. To be fair, I already hate the trope in the ending, but I could have forgiven it if it wasn't handled so poorly that it tarnished the (fairly decent) rest of the book.
