In Chrysalis Lights, Bonnie is headed to the town of Chrysalis, South Carolina, to a house she didn't know that her grandmother owned. The house has its spirits, but it's nothing that Bonnie can't handle. Known for hosting a beautiful view of the Aurora Borealis and a safe haven for werewolves, Chrysalis is a quaint yet mysterious town.
Deciding to pick up a job while she is down there, Bonnie starts to tutor a young girl named Ashley. Ashley is also a witch, albeit a young and inexperienced one. Drawn to the house herself, Ashley might be biting off more than she can chew, and it's up to Bonnie to help keep the situation under control.
Chrysalis Lights is another great take on Bonnie, with engaging characters and a good backstory. It's a quick read and a great addition to the Bennet Witch Chronicles.
