I read Julia Quinn when I want easy company while folding the washing and it’s ideal for that; not unpleasant and often diverting.
I think I’m also nostalgic because Thursday is season three time!

The better installation of the duology as it spends far less time on largely needless backstory and exposition. Things pick up far more quickly in this version. I still don't think it's the best of Julia Quinn, the story itself is just fine.
