For the most part very relaxing, with a few incidents every so often and narrator raises her voice,okay for resting but some passages might wake you up if you're listening to the audiobook. Your mind can drift and you won't lose your place because it progresses quite slowly in detail. Do look at her YouTube channel if you have issues picturing the station ,you'll see the expensive cat flap she ignored😆
