Generally "comics" aren't really my thing, but Spiegelman chose a really original and creative way to portray something that's often too horrible and graphic to portray visually.

I stole the boxed set of Maus and its sequel from my ex-bf when I moved out. I didn't end up reading it for a few years after that for no particular reason. I wish I had read it sooner. I read both books in one day and I didn't want them to end.
