Welcome to a steamier and more fetus Elle Kennedy.

Reading this and comparing it to her work now was so interesting because I could see her progress.

This was cute, enjoyable, but you know when sometimes you just KNOW a book isn't gonna be your favorite in the series. I felt that, and I'm looking forward to read the rest.

Would have been 3 stars but got extra points for the gay shit

Tough guys have such heart...

I loved the meet cute between Cash and Jen, then the surprise reintroduction. Of course these SEALs are protective and possessive, but they also are caring. We get a lot of backstory along with the angst. The storyline is really really sexy and also damsel proves to be stronger than they think.

this was very entertaining and very spicy sheeeeeshhhh! cash & jen had crazy chemistry before they even knew each others names, and adding the teammate's sister aspect made it much more explosive. i enjoyed that it focused on their friendship as well. also if you don't read the novellas first, the whole holly & carson plot makes no sense at all, but i was glad to see them work it out too. cute story!

Cash McCoy is tired of hearing the loud sex going on in the next room of his apartment, but when he goes out looking for some of his own, he meets Jen, who turns out to be the sister of Carson, his SEAL unit lieutenant. When Carson has to go away for a few days, he asks Cash to look after his sister, not knowing that they've already met and have a strong attraction for one another. Jen's ex has been stalking her, so she accepts the offer to stay with Cash, but she has plans of her own, even though Carson has told Cash to keep his hands off his sister. Jen doesn't believe in the "bro code" and does everything she can to get Cash in her bed.

Feeling Hot gives me the same vibes as the two books I read from Elle Kennedy's Off Campus series, except instead of hockey players, the men are SEALs. Many of the conflicts are dealt with in a superficial way because so much time is spent building the sex scenes, which are very well constructed and very steamy, but they don't offer much in the way of plot or character development. The subplots about Jen's career as a photographer and her strained relationship with her parents are barely touched on even though they had great potential. Overall, Feeling Hot is a very erotic romance without much substance.

Liked this one alot. both the characters were fun, and i am really looking forward to the book about Dylan:)
