Ali is a queen for writing a hate letter to the GRE. Yes Bee was a little annoying and the end was so dramatic out of nowhere, but I will forgive it all for Levi and #FairGraduateAdmissions
So basically, this book is The Love Hypothesis.
A male character who falls in love with the MC at first sight, but can’t bring themselves to talk to them. Levi is basically Adam. Which is pretty annoying. Don’t get me wrong, I love them as characters. But it is a little tiring to basically read the same male character twice.
And I might be in the minority, but Bee is annoying. The whole first 1/4 of the book is basically just “burn the patriarchy” ranting. I’m all for strong, female characters, but it’s annoying when it’s constant ranting.
The story itself was cute and there were definitely things I liked, but overall just the same as the Love Hypothesis. I just had high expectations for the book after The Love Hypothesis and felt let down.

I loved this book. Wow I loved it. I may love it as much as bride although there were parts that made me super sad that I had to put it down. But wow. Amazing.

I really enjoyed this STEM romance. Some of what happened I was able to predict, and there were other things I did not call. I enjoyed getting to know Bee and Levi and can’t wait to see them again (hopefully) in other books.
