No notes - legitimately, no notes. Everything just flowed in this book, making it so hard to put down. from the Marie Curie references, to the suspence twist, to the spicy sex scenes, and questionable cat. I want more of Levi and Bee

I listened to this one on audiobook and liked it quite a bit. At times I was a little bored with the plot as it relied too heavily on the miscommunication trope. Near the end it came clear that the entire plot was built around creating this one (admittedly, very cool) scene that worked as the breaking-point in the miscommunication. As usual with Ali Hazelwood books, the characters are very well written and interesting, and the book is solid overall. I just got a little bored.

3.9 for me!!! Really liked this, levi is so goddamn sweet. I preferred this to the first one but felt like the end was rushed. Side note— I'd be happy to never hear about Marie Curie again

"Supongo que esto es lo que se siente al estar enamorada. Enamorada de verdad. Un montón de emociones horribles, maravillosas y violentas."

Léger et sympa mais repose sur d’énormes ficelles scénaristiques facile à anticiper. La fin m’a semblé bâclée

I enjoyed it, but sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations.

I expected a completely different story and characters. However, I just can't help but see Olive and Adam all over again, but only this time, they're vegan and they love cats. (I love the scenes with cats, of course, and the puns). There's also another Tom and Anh. Also, I didn't like how much Bee mentioned Marie Curie.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad book at all. It's just very similar to the first book.

Should you read this? That really depends on you.

If you haven't read The Love Hypothesis and you love contemporary romance that would make you smile like an idiot while reading it, then you should read Love On The Brain.

If you have read The Love Hypothesis, you're really not missing out on this one.
