“..I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.”

Wilde describes beautifully how ethical hedonism, vanity mars one's life.

Dorian, a boy who believed everything Harry had to tell, believing them to be gospel truth. Dorian kept Harry on a pedestal. In the long run, he loses his own soul by experimenting several vices. Showing, how one gets influenced by others words/books and how such influences will bear a consequence to one's well-being.

It was a decent read.
