So I never quit a book. And I read horror all the time. But I still have so much left of this one and I just realized... I just do not care. I don't care what happens to any character. Every character is boring and unlikeable. I especially don't care what happens to Calla. I can't go through one more minute of her whining. I'm sure I'm a minority here bc this book has great reviews somehow (HOW!??!) - so don't let my review turn you off if you are really interested. But.. Ugh. I'm out. Nothing has even really happened other than idiotic inane dialog and a couple bland murders. Why is this book so long?! DNF @ 60%.
