This book is great as an introduction to Greek gods and goddesses. It showed the information well, and the occasional photos would be helpful if I hadn’t done more reading about Greek mythology before this book. (It’s a little late for that, though…) Maybe it’s just the way I interpreted the text, but there were a few parts that felt a tad biased. While the “Further Reading” section was detailed, the actual book wasn’t presenting diverse of information as I expected going into it. This book is, though, a great base and starter for getting into Greek mythology and getting to know the gods and goddesses.
