I felt a bit disappointed by this end to the series. It felt rushed, and everything fell into place a little too conveniently. I wasn't a fan of the reveal of Emilia's past, it took away from a lot of the charm and the dynamic that first drew me to the series. Many of the relationships felt forced, rushed, and like an afterthought. While some loose ends were tied up (in a rushed, wordy way), the ones left dangling were unsatisfying. I feel like the events of this book needed more room to breathe and would have been better spaced out over two books instead of one. Overall, I enjoyed the series but found the ending lacking and unsatisfying.

There was a lot going on here but the only good parts were the Wrath and Emilia senes.

I had a lot of hope for this series. I was so intrigued by the world that was being built in the first book and held out hope that after the non-event that was the second book, there would be some sort of miracle that would bring this story back on track.

Sadly, I was wrong to have this hope because I can't express enough how disappointed I am with this book. If I wanted to read smut, upon smut, upon smut, I could have found a better story somewhere else. The relationship between the main character and her sister was messy, rushed, and did not make sense to me at all. At times, it felt like Emilia forgot she even had a sister. The climax of the story felt forced and had no build up. It's like the author was too busy writing sexy times and just needed a way to connect them all together.

Really, this series would have benefited better by being a duology and I wouldn't have had to waste my time reading a third book that ultimately gave me nothing.

I wanted answers to all my questions, and all I got was convoluted half baked side plots and excessive smut scenes.

Soo good. I've reread this book at least 3 times.
