3 out of 10.

At least make the plot and the characters consistent.

i liked gideon. i wasn’t sure about the whole “daddy” thing but they were good together. i didn’t like the plot with rich snobs and bullies.

was it a retelling of “pretty woman”?
“His name is Gideon, but you will refer to him only as Daddy unless he says otherwise. He will punish you. Usually, it’s spanking.”

Have you ever had a book come out of nowhere and just knock you on your ass? Well that sure as hell happened to me with Disciplinary Action!

I have never been drawn to the whole daddy/little thing. Totally thought it wasn’t my jam and then this book happened and well…that thought is long gone now! And totes reinforces why trying new things is awesome!

I was simply not prepared for Gideon! I am in love with him and want to be his little bird too! He tried so hard to maintain his stoicism but the moment he met Cal, something changed within him. He had so many ghosts in his life preventing him from living as his true self. Cal was this random person that suddenly made his life seem as of if he were waiting for this young man to come along.

This was bleh. fine really. One thing bugged me though? Abernathy said cal lived in hong kong and later? Gideon said she said he lived in Japan?
Isn't it in china or am i in the wrong?
