Very fast read, I like that it’s all in first person and a different set up than Kings other works. Delores Caliborne is at the police station being questioned about her employer’s death and her story takes a different turn. The last 50 pages was long winded but overall I really enjoyed it.

The style of writing threw me off at the start - it’s written as one long confessional with dialogue only from one perspective so you never know what the other people might be saying. However, as you get deeper into the story it’s entirely gripping. Strong female perspective that is complex and interesting.
