Yeah. Absolutely not. It is unreadable.

DNF'd the book, but read chapter by chapter synopses. Someone could have told me 5 books ago it's an option.

Since these books are just telling with little to no showing, I'm pretty sure I haven't missed anything.

2.5/5 stars
Not really my favorite narnia book it was just alright

This one took me forever to get through, but I once again loved aslan in the ending!

I wasn't a big fan of this one, mostly because I didn't like the two main characters: Eustace (introduced in the previous story) and Jill. The story itself only picked up in the last few chapters when they finally reached the underground lands.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this one with the Pevensies not being in it but I actually really liked reading about Eustace and Jill, but mostly about Puddleglum. The adventure in this one was really enjoyable too. I'm glad the series has picked up a little bit and I'm excited to finally get to the last book in the series after this too!

This book did not disappoint. I did not expect anything less from C. S. Lewis.

It was nice to see a familiar character Eustace in another adventure as well as ew ones like Jill and Puddleglum. I have to say favorite character is Puddleglum.

The whole story was good for children’s literature. I hadn’t really made any predictions and I was surprised about Rilian being that knight.

Delightful new characters add charm and humor to this addition of the Narnia series. And this one needs more humor as it has a darker, gloomier feel than the first three. Yet courage, faith, friendship, and loyalty right the wrongs brought about by evil and once again bring order to the world of Narnia.

Read this book again as a reminder for a message I'm giving this weekend at church. It's one of my favorites from the Narnia books.

Single handedly worth reading just to capture the words of Aslan to young Jill.

Remember, Remember, Remember the signs...
