This is really such a strange story. It’s dark and sad with an odd bit of silliness. It’s not at all what I remember from reading it as a kid—except for puddleglum — I remember him.

I really enjoyed this one. I still like Eustace from the previous one now that he's not too whiny. although Jill was for a little while. I can't wait to see how it ends!

This... this breaks my FUCKJNG HEART. It was as fun as always and also so freaking sweet at the end. Puddlegums character growth is so cute hut I love how he's still Lil old him. I love Eustace and Jill they are the cutest buddies!! Rilian is so amazing I love how he's just Caspian but paler. Also the fact that caspian and rilian are supposed to be blond like nahhh ben bsrnes very is the only Canon one. Also I love the last scene with young caspian again RAHHHH SO CUTE GRRRR

I also love that no one is afraid of crying. My favorite thing is heros crying it's just so real. BUT WHY DIDNT THEY GET TO TALK TO RILIAN BEFORE LEAVING ISTG C S LEWIS YOU MONSYER ILY

This book was decent.. I'm not as taking by Narnia as some, thats for sure. I love the parts with Aslan but unfortunately those are always few and far between. The writing style is too cutesy for me to really get into it... And the stories are a bit too fairytalish... I think they're great for kids, and I won't deny others their joy and love or anything, they just don't do a whole lot for me. I do love the religiosity of it all, so I really enjoy the movies...
