You can all have Kai cos I only have eyes for one Rhodes man and it is ISAIAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Isaiah has thirsted over team doctor Kennedy for years, but she is engaged with a GIANT rock on her finger... until she isn't. The two end up getting wasted in Vegas and heading to the little white chapel, accidentally making it to the sports pages. To prevent Kennedy from losing her position and ruining her chances at her dream job, they decide to keep up appearances and have themselves a totally fake never-gonna-be-anything-more marriage.

Anyhoo, I'm in love with a fictional golden retriever yet again. This man is so cocky, so funny, so HOT, but also so broken and tortured and has a PhD in yearnalism that hooked me from the very depths of my soul.

Kennedy is also the fuckin coolest. Despite coming from a super rich family she worked hard to become a doctor and to carve out her own path, she's super dedicated and we love a woman in STEM. Having been in an arranged engagement for her family and never experiencing love from her ex or her family, she is super weird about physical touch. AND GUESS WHO'S A GREAT TEACHER.

Yummy.

This book has everything. Pining, banter, fake dating, a shithead ex, ugh. Perfect.
