Was this a Great Book? Nah. It was okey. Like nothing extraordinary. It was kind of hard to get into but it is fast paced so it was a nice easy read. Easy Peasy to go through

3.5 stars. Was slow for the first 70%, especially considering pretty much the entire main storyline takes place in a span of a single night shift. However, the multiple plot twists at the end really got me! Overall, it’s a pretty good thriller.

I saw someone else make a comment about this book centering around how mentally ill people are dangerous and scary and that is definitely true in thsi book. The way Freida wrote this book, it really highlighted that stigma, but I think that was the purpose.
Considering the main character herself obviously suffers from delusions/hallucinations/mental health issues yet she lives in denial about them, she *would* view others with similar problems as scary. She doesn't want to be like them even though she is.
The book was good overall, but if that negative skew of mental health is upsetting to you, then don't read it. The last few chapters,
where Amy deals with Damon and Jade
, were so *yawn* to me. The dialogue was immature and not Fredia's best, I must say. But the very very last chapter made up for it! If the chapters with
the confrontation with the 3/4 characters
didn't happen, then I would've called this a solid 4-4.5!
