I’m still trying to wrap my head around the insanity of it all, but overall, it was a fun, brutal, fast-paced, and thrilling read—much better than Intercepts, in my opinion.

This book had such a good set up and plot but it fell a little short for me. I didn’t feel very invested in the characters nor attached to them. The gore was fun to read but it read more like a movie script (it would make an awesome movie!) and I wish it would have been longer! I was looking for books to get me out of a slump. This did the trick. Definitely not a great book. Some of the dialogue was a bit weird to me. Also the actual violence really did nothing for me. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t feel any kind of justice from it. This is purely action, there’s really not much depth to the characters or even the plot. But it was fast paced and easy to read. I’m not sure if I’m interested in anything else the author has written, but I’ll keep them in mind when I inevitably am in another slump.
i loved this book. it was like a shudder exclusive and such a fun read.
This was kinda cliche but also good. I liked that the main characters lived and got a happy ending
