The FMC is an older teen that ends up living with her aunt and cousin after her porn star mother is killed in a car accident. Upon reaching legal maturity, she will inherit a substantial amount of money from her mother’s highly successful film career. Strange things begin to happen that lead her to believe she has become possessed by evil forces. The book is well written and paced, and the story is engaging, although perhaps not exactly an amazingly original theme. Characters are well developed and believable, as are the events taking place in the story. The ouija board/supernatural do not figure heavily in the book; it is rather an ugly testament on the inherent evil that exists within the human heart in the forms of jealousy and greed. Definitely dark, but entertaining and competently crafted.

Not the content I expected. Really a sadistic sex plot that involves forcing unwanted/unwelcome sex acts.
